As I dated in my 20’s and 30’s, it seemed as though, I chose a boyfriend that shared one or two things in common. As I have gotten older and now divorced, I often ask myself why it has been so challenging to find a man compatible with my viewpoints in life and why some of the men I seem to attract, try to control and make me into someone other than who I am.
